Medical Software is very niche, with very specific ideal client profiles (ICP) that would be considered a subcategory of an already small, but valuable, category. The challenge was going to be finding the right decision maker within these organizations that had hundreds of employees.
A won client was worth 5-figures annually and the stick rate was over 18 months, so if we could squire them for low enough amount, the payoff would be worth it.
Google Ads was the primary weapon of choice for these campaigns. After a rigorous competitive analysis, we had triangulated the searching habits of their ICP's and built a strategy around capturing.
Insights led to more strategies and one of our most pivotal breakthroughs, which included a state-specific strategy which nearly doubled our conversion rates.
Overall, we built a strong customer acquisition program that took them from $25k to $1.2mm ARR in less than 24 months.
